Session Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
In one week your child will learn each step of the process of cake constructing and DIY decorating. Your child will learn a variety of skills including how to operate industrial kitchen equipment, how to make piping bags, how to mold fondant, and how to utilize a variety of sculpting tools. Kids will learn how to construct the cake they baked every step of the way - bake, level, fill, crumb coat, fondant and decorate. And yes, your kiddo will be bringing home dessert!

Pricing - $250/week
Peanuts/Tree Nuts: Our studio does not have any peanuts or tree nuts. We do have some candies purchased from large factories that contain peanuts but no peanuts are contained in our candies.
Gluten Free: We can totally accommodate a kiddo with a gluten allergy, however, we are unable to accommodate a kiddo with Celiac's. The kiddo has to be able to participate in the kitchen with flour and assist in baking the 6" and 4" cakes with others. We will then provide GF cakes and cupcakes for them throughout the week.
Dairy: Our Dawn Foods cake mix contains milk. Our icing contains milk as well. Our fondant is dairy free, however. This being said - it's up to you if your kiddo can touch dairy but not eat it.
Eggs: Our Dawn Foods cake mix contains egg whites. This being said - it's up to you if your kiddo can touch egg but not eat it.
We do have a water fountain in the studio.

Rotate through the kitchen to bake 6" vanilla cakes using our Dawn Foods cake mix. Use the industrial kitchen mixer.
Learn how to construct piping bags using couplers, bags, and heat sealers.
Learn how to measure out fondant.
Learn a technique with a cupcake.
Get 3 more cupcakes to do DIY style.
Mix CAKE POP ingredients and refrigerate.
Rotate through the kitchen to bake chocolate 4" cakes using our Dawn Foods cake mix. Use the industrial kitchen mixer.
Learn to level and fill 6" vanilla cake with a variety of fillings. Use a cake leveler.
Learn a technique with icing or fondant.
Make one dozen CAKE POPS and decorate.
Level and fill 4" chocolate cake. Use a cake leveler.
Learn to crumb coat 6" vanilla cake.
Learn a technique with a JUMBO cupcake.
Get 1 more JUMBO cupcake to do DIY style.
Use industrial fondant sheeter to learn how to fondant 6" vanilla cake.
Learn a fondant technique.
Ice 4" chocolate cake and decorate DIY using skills you learned throughout the week.
Decorate 6" vanilla cake however you want using all of your finely tuned skills! Enjoy dessert at home each night!
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your summer camp slot, you can do so for a full refund less a $50 administration fee. If you need to move weeks we can do so depending on availability.
